Nicole C. Morris

A Florida Atlantic University graduate, Nicole Morris earned her Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, in 2000 and went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 2004.

Nicole established The Law Office of Morris & O'Malley, P.A. in West Palm Beach to counsel clients in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, guardianship, asset protection, tax planning and tax return preparation.

In addition to being a member of the Florida Bar Association, Nicole is also a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Nova Southeastern Law Alumni Association and the Palm Beach Estate Planning Council. She is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar Association and serves on their Estate and Trust Tax Planning Executive Committee.

Nicole has taken a large interest in supporting the community through her participation in the pro bono Florida Attorneys Saving Homes’ Foreclosure Prevention Project and her dedication to her position as a Director of The Gratitude House, a non-profit organization established in 1968 that specializes in the rehabilitation and support of homeless and needy alcohol and chemically dependent women. She serves on their Executive Committee, Fundraising Committee and Capital Campaign Committee.

Nicole lives in West Palm Beach, Florida. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, skiing, and reading.

Eileen T. O'Malley

Eileen T. O'Malley received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame Law School.  Prior to attending law school, Ms. O'Malley worked with a not-for-profit corporation in Washington, DC and during law school was active in its Legal Aid Clinic.  

Ms. O'Malley's practice focuses on estate planning, probate administration, guardianship, asset protection/business succession, corporate/business matters for small to medium sized for-profit and not-for-profit entities, and domestic/family litigation.

Since moving to Palm Beach County, Ms. O'Malley has been involved in a variety of civic organizations and she is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.  Ms.
O'Malley resides in West Palm Beach and her interests include reading, travel and water sports, including scuba diving; she is a PADI Certified Advanced Open Water Diver and Enriched Air Diver.
